I have been in York County PA since I wad born and York was "dying" during COVID but had a resurgence after thatp but, similar to another mall, there is a lot of small businesses. Pretty decent Mall built in 1989. Has a good amount of Neon especially the Boscovs. Two anchors gone. Bon Ton and Sears. It's not empty but it's dying
