Not-Quite-Dead-Yet Parkdale Mall (Beaumont, TX)
The mall isn’t entirely dead yet (still has multiple anchors, mainstream tenants, etc.) but is under-renovated and missing enough retailers to hold a ton of “liminal” spots and wide open, cavernous areas where it feels like you’ve slipped into Level 33.
